    Is there a place I can modify the code used to create the database entries for the YouTube Embed code?

    If I change the configuration settings to width = 100% then the videos would be responsive to mobile, but they always revert to width="640" or some pixel size.

    type='text/html' width='640' height='385'

    Ideas on how to force this to write 100% in the database?

    The fixed size of the player doesn't work. As long as you checked "Responsive / Fluid layout" in "Appearance" settings, it will be responsive.
