I decided that what I needed to do is give a word of thanks to Bizmodules and specifically to Ronger P.

For those of you just coming on board with UVG or UMG I would just like to say that most of my issues have been of my own making
Stick with it and you'll be as happy as I am.

Second after almost 6 years of working with DNN and 3 years of working with Bizmodules there has been no better a relationship that one could ask for in the DNN community.

What your working with if you have any of Bizmodules modules are crafted and made available to us to do one thing, help us make money !!!! and creat a beautiful end product.

From the 1st personal galley module I installed to the UVG 3.11 pro I have made money from the modules that Bizmodules created for US.

The support and hands on that this company does from the revisions, updates and fixes compare to know other.

This company has walked me through even the dummist mistakes and hopfully I contributed in some small way by being one of the first to use these modules.

I've spent thousands of dollars on modules and skins and have absolute respect for the level of support and service Ronger provides. His dedication is unmatched by all the other module providers.

The only time I got concerned was when he went on vacation!! He actually left stuff for a couple days. OMG!

Daniel, I'm really happy to hear this. thank you.

I bring a notebook with me even in vacation, and I'll access internet at least 1 time per day if internet connection is available, but sometimes internet connection is not available.

I completely agree. I have been using the Ultra Media Gallery for a few years and just started using the Ultra Video Gallery to stream company training videos from Amazon Cloudfront. Both the Ultra Media Gallery and Ultra Video Gallery are great modules loaded with features and the support has been outstanding.

It's been 2 years since my last review of Pengtsen's support and products, and I simply want to reinforce my continued admiration and respect of Biz Modules.

I've been developing websites and applications since 1997 for hundreds of companies, some like UPS and Starbucks, and never have I seen such a long-term commitment to module development and support - especially in the CMS market.

If you're considering a purchase, I encourage you to chose to work with Biz Modules. You'll be most satisfied with the product and even more so with the service.

It was in 2006 going to 2007 when I started using Bizmodules and I really have not found any support that can compare to rogers or Bizmodules as a whole...I've used more of the email version of support than the forums and I've received top notch support. He has saved me money on upgrades also...The future of DotNetNuke is squarely on the shoulders of module developers like Bizmodules... Keep up the fantastic job.......THANK YOU.

Yes, I've noticed the same as well, great customer support, even though I've just recently bought this product for our company to use, the responsiveness to the questions has been very timely and the product is well worth the money!
